Marinated Steak

2 pounds sirloin tip steaks, all visible fat removed
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped rosemary
2 tablespoons finely chopped sage
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place steak in an oblong glass baking pan and set aside.
Combine all other ingredients in small bowl. Pour marinade over steak and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
Preheat grill. Grill marinated steak over hot coals.
