1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
1 cup dry white
wine
1 tablespoon tarragon
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place chicken in a shallow pan, pour wine over it. Sprinkle with tarragon and
pepper. Cover pan with foil, and bake 45 minutes in a 350 F. oven. Remove the foil,
and place the chicken under broiler, until it is lightly browned.
