1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup light soy sauce
3/8 cup
sherry
2 tablespoons freshly ground ground ginger
1 tablespoon hot pepper oil

pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into serving pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1
tablespoon sugar
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon grated
lime rind
1/4 cup orange juice
Marinated chicken for 1-2 hours in onion,
lime juice, rind, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ginger, and
hot pepper oil. Remove from marinade and broil over charcoal or in the oven, basting
with marinade and oil. When chicken is done and nicely browned on both sides, in
about 30 minutes, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and arrange on a platter. Serve
with rice and a salad.
