Chicken Breast with Orange Sauce

1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into serving pieces
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 medium, sliced onion
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon sherry

Brown chicken pieces under the broiler. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange onion slices over chicken. Combine juice, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce, ginger, water and sherry. Pour over chicken and onions.
Cover and simmer until chicken is tender.
