Creamy French Dressing

1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/3 cup nonfat buttermilk
1/8 ounce tomato juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder

Place ingredients in blender. Process on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
