1 tablespoon olive oil

cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons skim milk
2
cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon
sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Combine all ingredients except parsley in a blender. Process until smooth.
Pour in small bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate
for later use.
