1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 tablespoon
margarine
1/2 teaspoon skim milk
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon
Italian herb seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup thinly sliced green
onion tops
1 1/2 teaspoons cream sherry
1/8 teaspoon salt
Drain artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces and set aside.
Combine
remaining ingredients and blend well. Stir in artichoke hearts.
Cover and refrigerate
several hours to allow flavors to blend.
