2 cloves garlic
1 seeded and diced cucumber
1/3
cup lowfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire
sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Finely chop green onion and garlic in a blender. Add cucumber and repeat. Transfer
chopped vegetables
to a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate
for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
