1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
honey
1 tablespoon grated onions
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup lime
juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash white pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped
mint
Combine all ingredients except mint in a blender. Process until smooth.
Stir in mint, cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
