3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese

cup nonfat buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon dill

teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash hot pepper sauce
In
a blender, combine mayonnaise, cottage cheese, buttermilk and onion. Process until
smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process 10 seconds more. Cover and refrigerate.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
