Spiced Cheese Spread

1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon thyme, dry
1 dash ground white pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend thoroughly. Serve on crackers or use as a dip for fresh vegetables, or thin with yogurt to make a salad dressing.
