Puffy Broiled Fillets

vegetable oil spray
1 pound fish fillets, with skin
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons tartar sauce
1 egg white, beaten until stiff
2 tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise

Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Place fillets skin side down in a well oiled shallow baking pan. Season with pepper and brush with melted margarine.. Broil about 10 minutes, 3 to 4 inches from the heat. Meanwhile, gently fold tartar sauce into stiffly beaten egg white. When fish flakes easily, spread mixture over fillets and broil 2 minutes more, or until topping is golden brown
.
