2 pounds scallops
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared
mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
8 lemon wedges
Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Rinse scallops in cold water and drain. Place
in a baking pan. In a saucepan, combine honey, mustard, curry powder and lemon juice.
Brush scallops with the sauce. Broil 4 inches from the flame for 5 to 8 minutes,
or until browned. Garnish with lemon wedges.
