2 pounds ham, center-cut slice
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3
tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup raisins
1/2
cup dry white wine
Preheat oven to 350F. Place ham in a shallow baking pan.
Set aside. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and margarine.
Place over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Remove pan
from heat and stir in raisins and wine. Pour mixture over ham. Bake uncovered 45
minutes, or until tender.
