3 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
2 teaspoons
finely chopped basil
2 teaspoons finely chopped dill
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
8
slices white bread
4 ounces lowfat Wisconsin Muenster Cheese, sliced into 8 thin
pieces
4 ounces lean cooked ham, 1/2 ounce per slice
8 ounces 16 stalks cooked

For dressing, combine first five ingredients in a small bowl and
set aside. Preheat broiler. Flatten bread slices slightly with palm of hand. Spread
1 teaspoon dressing oin each side of bread slices. Place 1 slice each of cheese and
ham on top of each slice of bread. Place 2 asparagus spears on each. Arrange spears
so one tip points left and the other right. Roll up each piece of bread and secure
with a toothpick. place on broiler pan and broil 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese
is bubbly. Serve hot.
