Confetti Coleslaw

1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
4 cups green cabbage, shredded
2 2/3 cups red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 cup minced red bell peppers

Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to mix well. Add cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
