Cucumber in Tangy Sour Cream

3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup tangy light sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Place cucumbers and onion in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Drain off accumulated water. In a small bowl, combine Tangy Sour Cream, parsley and pepper. Add to chilled cucumber mixture and stir to mix well. Correct seasoning if necessary.
Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
