Curried Chicken Salad

1 tablespoon onion flakes
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
dash red pepper
dash curry powder
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, 8 thin strips
2 pounds cubed cooked chicken breast

In a bowl, combine onion flakes and water. Add remaining ingredients, except chicken, and mix thoroughly.
Add chicken, cover and refrigerate. Serve cold on a bed of lettuce or heat gently and serve over 4 cups cooked rice or noodles.
