Green Grape and Red Cabbage Salad

3 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced radishes
7 ounces green grapes, sliced in half
1/2 cup green onions, diagonal slices, thin
1/4 cup unsalted dry roasted walnuts
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, radishes, grapes, onions and walnuts. Toss gently and set aside.
In a blender, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Process 20 seconds. Add to cabbage mixture; toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
