Macaroni Ricotta Salad

2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
4 ounces pasta, cooked until tender, drained and chilled
2 ounces sliced or chopped pitted black olives
1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, (optional)
2 cups salad greens

In a bowl, combine mustard and yogurt, stirring to mix well. Add more yogurt if necessary to achieve the consistency of mayonnaise. Add ricotta and stir to mix well. Stir in all other ingredients except salad greens. Divide salad green equally among four plates. Top with equal amounts of the macaroni mixture.
