8 ounces tricolor rotini spirals pasta
8 ounces asparagus, cooked, cut
into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup julienne cut red bell peppers
4 ounces julienne
cut zucchini
1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4
teaspoon salt
dash hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon bouquet garni
2 tablespoons
minced parsley
1/4 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing
3 tablespoons white
wine vinegar
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Rinse drain and
cool. Place in a large bowl. Add vegetables and toss to mix. Add remaining ingredients.
Toss, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Serve on leaf lettuce
with French bread as an accompaniment.
