1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vegetable
oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 avocado,
peeled and chopped
11 ounces mandarin orange sections, drained
2 tablespoons
sliced green onions
To make dressing, combine first six ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting
lid.
Shake until thoroughly blended. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine remaining
ingredients and toss to mix well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
