Sukiyaki Salad

2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup spinach leaves, coarsely broken up
4 ounces romaine lettuce, broken into small pieces
4 ounces bean sprouts
4 ounces celery, diagonal slices
2 ounces thinly sliced water chestnuts
4 ounces thinly sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell peppers
1/2 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 cup watercress

In a small bowl, blend first three ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss well.
