Basic Green Salad Mix

4 ounces leaf lettuce
4 ounces Boston lettuces
4 ounces romaine lettuce
5 ounces iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup sliced green onion tops
4 ounces diced celery

Rinse lettuce and spin dry in a lettuce spinner, or dry on paper towels. Tear leaf, Boston and romaine into bite size pieces and place in large bowl. (Do not use ribs of romaine lettuce.) Cut iceberg wedge into small cubes and add to bowl. Add green onion and celery, and toss. To save for later use, refrigerate in sealed plastic bag.
Serve with Vinaigrette Dressing, Apple Juice Dressing or Yogurt Dressing.
