Waldorf Salad

6 Servings


2 cups diced unpeeled apples
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup coarsely chopped unsalted dry roasted walnuts
1/2 cup raisins, or halved seedless grapes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold. Serve over salad greens.
