1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped
unsalted dry roasted walnuts
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1/2 teaspoon minced
garlic
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/4
cup plain nonfat yogurt
Remove seeds from cucumbers, shred and drain. Place in bowl and add remaining
ingredients.
Toss to mix well.
Serve on lettuce lined salad plates.
