1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons
margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
1 tablespoon
finely chopped basil
1 tablespoon snipped chives
1 tablespoon parsley, finely
chopped
dash white pepper
Combine cottage cheese and milk in a blender.
Process until smooth and set aside.
Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Add milk and cottage cheese mixture. Bring to
a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat. Add herbs
and pepper. Stir well.
