Horseradish Sauce

1 tablespoon margarine
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons horseradish, drained
8 ounces clam juice, or fish stock


In a small saucepan over medium high heat, melt margarine and blend in flour, stirring constantly.
Add horseradish and clam juice. Continue stirring, and cook until thickened.
