1 lemon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons
margarine
Cut lemon in half and thinly slice one of the halves. Set aside.
Squeeze
juice from the other half and grate the rind. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine
cornstarch and wine. Stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Set aside.
Melt margarine
in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add wine mixture and cook, stirring
constantly,
until sauce is clear and slightly thickened. Add grated lemon rind, juice and slices.
Heat a few minutes longer.
