Lemon Parsley Sauce

1/2 cup margarine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

In a small saucepan over medium high heat, heat margarine and lemon juice.
Add grated lemon rind and parsley. Stir well.
