Mustard Sauce

1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
freshly ground black pepper

Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir to make roux.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and smooth.
Stir in mustard and pepper. Serve warm.
