2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4
cup white wine
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/2
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place margarine in saucepan over medium high heat. Add flour slowly to make
a roux. Stir vigorously
until mixture is lightly browned. Add broth, stirring
constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth.
Add wine, yogurt, lemon rind and
pepper, stirring until blended.
