2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash black pepper
1 cup skim milk
Melt margarine in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in the flour to make a roux.
Cook
over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth. Add salt,
pepper and milk.
Heat to boiling and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
