Blue Cheese Sauce

2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Place all ingredients in a blender jar. Blend until creamy, adjusting the milk measure to produce the desired consistency. Chill for a few hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
