2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 avocados, chilled, peeled and diced
1
teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste
2 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon dill weed
Put chilled broth in a blender. Dice avocados and add to broth with lemon juice
and sherry.
Blend well. Pour into cups and sprinkle with dill weed. Serve cold.
