Salad Bowl Soup

18 ounces tomato juice, spicy
8 ounces garbanzo beans, drained
6 ounces cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 avocado, peeled and mashed
1/4 avocado, sliced into 4 pieces for garnish

Heat the tomato cocktail juice with garbanzos and chicken or turkey meat. Simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in the mashed avocado. Serve immediately garnished with extra avocado slices, if desired.
