Steve's Yogurt Fruit Soup

4 Servings


2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 cups peaches, peeled and chunked
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon honey


Puree all ingredients (except mint leaves) in a food processor or blender. Process until well blended.
Pour in glass bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.
