Artichoke Hearts Riviera

20 ounces artichoke hearts
1/2 cup dry vermouth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons margarine

Cook artichoke hearts. Drain.
Combine vermouth, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings and margarine in a saucepan. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over cooked artichoke hearts. Garnish with chopped parsley.
