Curried Cabbage

5 cups cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
dash freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup skim milk

Cook cabbage in 1/2 inch of water until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain.
In a double boiler, melt margarine. Add and stir constantly flour, curry and black pepper. Then add 3/4 cup of lowfat milk and continue to stir until smooth. Pour sauce over cabbage and mix.
