1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4
teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown
sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a
saucepan, melt margarine and mix well with all ingredients, except beets. Toss beets
lightly in mixture to coat evenly. Cover and warm over low heat.
