4 medium tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/8
teaspoon oregano
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon
margarine
1/2 teaspoon sugar
chopped parsley
Cut top off the tomatoes
and scoop out a small portion of the pulp. Mix together with sugar, onion powder,
basil, oregano and pepper. Stuff tomatoes with this mixture. Top with cracker crumbs,
dot with margarine and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake at 350 F. for 20 or 30
minutes, until tomatoes are tender.
