1/4 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, crushed

8 ounces tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon mint, crushed
Beans
Cook lima beans. Drain.
Sauté onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
Stir in lima beans, tomatoes and mint leaves. Heat thoroughly and serve.
