Baked Grated Carrots

3 cups grated carrots
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon chopped chives

Place carrots in a casserole. Pour over them the melted margarine, lemon juice and sherry. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes.
