Wild Rice with Mushrooms

4 ounces wild rice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped sage
2 tablespoons white wine Worcestershire sauce


Cook rice according to package directions, using 1/4 teaspoon salt. Heat margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, wine and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes. Uncover and increase temperature to high. Allow juices to evaporate. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in green onions and sauté 2 minutes. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well.
