Cabbage with Caraway

8 cups cabbage
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 1/3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Remove major section of core from the cabbage. Leave just enough to hold the head together. Slice head into wedges about 1 1/2 inches thick. Steam Cabbage for 5 minutes, or until tender crisp. Remove from heat, drain and set aside. In a saucepan, bring broth, cornstarch, mustard and caraway to a boil over medium high heat. Add yogurt and lemon rind, and reduce heat immediately. Add cabbage and toss until well coated. Cook until tender crisp.
