Judy's Hot or Cold Sesame Peanut Noodles

1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
16 ounces cooked spaghetti

In a bowl, combine first five ingredients. Stir into hot spaghetti. Serve immediately for a hot entree, or cover and refrigerate for a cold entree.
