2 cups summer squash, cut in narrow lengthwise strips
2 cups cooked
spinach linguine
1 tomato, diced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
freshly ground
black pepper
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
Steam
squash in a vegetable steamer over medium-high heat until tender.
Remove squash
to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve hot or cold.
